I live in Connecticut with my husband and two daughters. I'm the author of Suzy's Dog Days, a children's book available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
I have a journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and I've worked at magazines including Us Weekly, Rolling Stone and Elle Decor. I'm also a certified yoga teacher and former yoga studio manager. I'm continuously focused on mindfulness and wellness, whether I'm squeezing in a jog at lunchtime, meditating on my commute or researching the best supplements.
